Life is unpredictable...life is full of fun...it is wat you make out of it...

Been rather lazy to blog...Anyway, with regards to my title...yup...life is wat you make out of it...that is, your life is in your own hands...results are coming out next week...somehow i regret not studying harder in year 1...but no pt regretting anymore...sigh...received rejection letters on tues...feel dejected...sigh...crossing my fingers and hope i'll be called for (more) interviews (again)...seems like my interview skills suck big time...my cousins told me it's abt my dressing...i shld be more formal...hmm...maybe...anyway let's update on wat i did last week...

Tuesday (23/5)

Went to celebrate b's bday...made him a photo jigsaw...he said he liked it...cos that's wat he wanted...i am glad...haha we went for dinner at crystal jade at taka...i ordered hor fun...yum...and he ordered fried beef kway teow...not bad too...heh also ordered some sides like the prawn paste chicken and some prawn dumplings...then i went to collect cake from wisma bread talk and we head to esplanade to sing him bday song and cut e cake...heh the funny thing was, we had to rush back to city hall after we cut the cake cos the cake was melting...and we didn't want it to turn out jellified...so we stored it with the bread talk there and went to drink coffee...after that it was home sweet home...

Saturday (27/5)

Went settler's cafe with b...he came out with the programme for the day...ha (luckily) he booked the night before...when we reached there, a group of ppl in front of us couldn't get seats cos the place was fully booked...went to the clarke quay one...not bad...think it was better than holland v one...next time we (everyone!!!) shld go there...plan a session there after angel and her boy's exams...got the ppl to recommend us some games...for the first game, we played some balloon card game...it was fun! ha b was leading at first...but i won in the end! heh supposed to collect some cubes and exchange for winning cards...the person with 3 winning cards win the game...

hee after which we played some blokus game...rather boring...so i told the person to intro some board games...and so we played a zombie game...overall, think the balloon game was the best...ha after that we went to walk ard at marina...then went to meet mari, lisa, ml and timo for dinner at braddell...the food was not bad...i love the tofu...haha after dinner we stood under a tree to decide wat to do...mahjong, vcd, taboo, bridge...spoilt for choices...ha in the end headed to tp to look for vcds...we stayed in the shop for like 20-30 mins...still couldn't come up with the show...finally we ended up at macs chatting...it was weird at first...like nothing to talk abt...but later the ball started to roll...haha the conversation ended spookily...and we decided to head home...ha

Monday (29/5)

Went expo after work to check out the food fair...nothing much...they were selling sauces and frozen food...couldn't buy any cos was not heading home after that...heh only bought a hot dog bun and some dodo fish balls...the place was soooo damn crowded...due to the school holidays...place was filled with housewives and kids...haha and while squeezing chilli sauce on the bun, one lady conveniently grabbed a cup of drinks on the table and walked away...think she didn't pay...which means she stole it lah...haha the lady beside me was stunned too...so we told the shop owner to keep an eye on her drinks...

after that head to simei to look at dogs...then tampines mall to window shop...finally to pasir ris...waited for b's bro to pick us up to go to the chalet...his mum has a few days at the chalet and b asked me to go...after checking in, we head to changi v for dinner...yum the nasi lemak is niceee...then head back to the chalet...after chatting, i headed home...

Wednesday (31/5)

This day was history...cos i stepped into a water theme park...haha went wild wild wet with b, his bro and cousins...they had free tickets so i koped one...haha it was quite fun...sat this slide thing with b and i was screaming when the float was pushed down...felt so silly...cos the man in charge below was laughing at me...anyway it was the most thrilling ride there...haha before that was at the wave pool...jus floating on the float and waiting for the waves to come...quite relaxing...the last ride i took was ooh lala...all 6 of us sat in the float and off we go...haha there was some camera thing on the way and we were like posing...couldn't see my face though cos i didn't noe where the camera was...haha this day reminded me of the days i was in sec sch where we had chalets...anyway headed home after dinner...it was really tiring...but fun =)

Came home after lunch today...it was raining cats and dogs...my birks were wet...argh...so sian...and my jeans too...dun noe wat's the pt of having an umbrella...it was super windy...have been slacking since...supposed to treat my cousin to lunch cos she did well in her mid-year exams...but she had cca so guess it'll be pushed to next week...

The pc fair is here...heading down tmr to take a look...oh GSS is here too (duh) ha but nothing much to buy...i'm jus lazy to squeeze with the crowd...haha anyway before i end, below are the pics that u girls wanted...ha enjoy...















































































Oh btw...was eating bfast at lau pa sar yday...saw this interesting food item on one of the boards...it was chicken DHUM briyani...at first i was thinking, wow is this some new dish i never heard before...or is it some malay term for some special sauce...but after staring at it for awhile...i realised that it's supposed to be DRUM...cos there was a chicken DRUMstick on the plate of rice...duh...but it was funny...heh
