Mutual Respect

I always believe in mutual respect...be it at work, at home or even in school...some say respect has to be earned...which i don't disagree...but at work, we should respect each other regardless of seniority...

Dislike being questioned by someone who is not doing my job...words and tone are extremely key...especially when i just got to know you...being a newcomer, i may not know the processes...it'll be helpful if you could EDUCATE me on why certain things have to be done...and not question why it is not done...you should be mature enough for goodness sake...

I really live by these words, if you are not happy at your workplace, just leave...i mean if you want to stay, then find something to help you to be happy...it could be the work, colleagues...anything...there's no point being disgruntled and spread the unhappiness around the team...

Tuesday is coming! which means saturday is nearing...this keeps me going =)
